InvestorRelationships.com is an educational service that provides practical guidance on issues that impact those working in the investor relations, shareholder services, and corporate governance areas.

The cornerstone of InvestorRelationships.com is a quarterly newsletter that bears the same name. This newsletter is available for free during 2008 – simply input your e-mail address and you will be notified when a new issue is available.

The Editor of InvestorRelationships.com is Broc Romanek, who also serves as Editor for TheCorporateCounsel.net and other sister sites. Broc has served as assistant general counsel at a Fortune 50 company, was in the Office of Chief Counsel of the SEC's Division of Corporation Finance, acted as Counselor to former SEC Commissioner Unger and was in private practice. Broc frequently writes and speaks about corporate and securities law; he teaches a MBA corporate governance class at George Mason University; serves on the Advisory Council for the SEC Historical Society and is Editor of the Corporate Governance Advisor. He also is on the National Board for the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals and is President of the Society's Mid-Atlantic Chapter. He also has served as Chair of the Association of Corporate Counsel's Corporate & Securities Law Committee.
